Design Direction
For when you need fresh ideas, expert advice and the confidence to move forward yourself.
Perhaps you have a room that doesn't quite work, a collection of ideas you're struggling to bring together, or a particular design decision you can't seem to resolve.
Design Direction gives you dedicated time to explore the possibilities with me and work out what will make the biggest difference.

Project kickoff
Before we meet, I'll review the information and images you share about your space.
We'll then spend up to 90 minutes discussing what you're hoping to achieve, what's holding you back and the options worth exploring.
If your project would benefit from more detailed design work, I'd be delighted to discuss that separately.
Recommendations tailored to you
I'll take our conversation away and develop recommendations tailored to your needs.
For a whole room, that might mean a moodboard, ideas for colour and materials, or suggestions for furniture and layout.
For a more focused challenge, it might be a shortlist of carefully researched options, with dimensions, prices and links.
We'll agree what to focus on at the outset, so you know what to expect.
What's included?
- Review of your brief and photographs before we meet
- A consultation of up to 90 minutes
- Research and recommendations focused on your agreed priorities
- A personalised summary of recommendations, in a format suited to your project
- A follow-up discussion and one round of clarifications
Design Direction is primarily offered remotely, with local site visits possible by arrangement.
